Buddhas and Angels at the Dump

Here's my first book of Poetry

The name for this book came to me when I was in a terrible mood and a very sincere man wished me "Merry Christmas" as I was leaving the dump.

One thing I love about poetry is that you can be political, hopeful, and full of despair all while being beautiful.

In the act of making a book, I tried to pay homage to the returnal relationship between the reader and the writer.  I'm sure that you have had your own watershed tomes, left for you, laying under a leaf like a small secret in the forest —waiting to be rediscovered.

These poems, in part, are about looking at the "bottom" of the world and trying to raise it all up again, with love.  I hope reading them helps you feel like you are an important part of that, too.

If you want to support me, reach out and I would love to get you a signed copy.

You can also order a copy from Amazon but please put something like "Amazon workers deserve a union" in the special delivery instructions.
